everywhere was fairly clean, staff were genuine, soft bed. and it also had good view. nice service here, just what we needed. the location couldn't be more easy, it was near train station.

It was a brilliant base for one night, had very relaxing time. Exceptional location, exceptionally NICE breakfast selection, extremely friendly staff. I loved that the Irish bar was spotless. Nice view of mountain. Service was impeccable in the main touristic hotel.

The location was excellent, about a 5-minute walk from the Reims train station. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Cote Cuisine that was only 10 minutes' walk away...

The bed was comfortable, the amenities included a kettle, coffee and a bed. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Located 700 feet from the hotel, Brasserie Excelsior was a good choice to eat.
